We’re committed to creating a positive, consistent training environment for all of our members. The following policies help us keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
1. MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT
All monthly auto-pay memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
During the first 3 months, memberships cannot be paused or canceled early.
If you choose to cancel or request a pause before completing the 3-month commitment, a one-month membership fee will be charged.
6-month and 12-month prepaid memberships may be paused during the first 3 months, in accordance with the pause policy outlined below.
2. BILLING & AUTO-PAY
Memberships are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.
Please make sure your billing information stays up to date.
If a payment is declined, your membership may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
3. PAUSE POLICY
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be flexible:
After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships (both monthly auto-pay and prepaid) can be paused for up to 2 months at a time, twice per year, without needing a doctor’s note.
Pause requests must be submitted in advance (see notice policy below).
4. PRICING & DISCOUNTS
If you are receiving a discounted or promotional rate that is no longer offered:
That rate will not be reapplied if your membership is paused.
When you return, your membership will resume at the current rate for your membership type.
Exception: This policy does not apply to injury or medical pauses supported by a doctor’s note. In those cases, previously applied discounts may be honored upon return.
Discounts are tied to active memberships and are not guaranteed long-term.
5. CANCELLATIONS & NOTICE
All pause or cancellation requests must be sent by email to: info@mn-bjj.com
Please submit your request at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Requests made after that window may result in one additional billing cycle.
