Adults Fundamentals

60 minute class led by Marco. This class consists of a 15 warmup and stretching suitable for all fitness levels followed by technique. Marco’s knowledge and experience, combined with his approachable teaching style make this class challenging for all skill levels; White Belt to Black Belt

White Belt Fundamentals

60 Minute class led by a Black or Brown belt. This class consists of a 15 minute warmup and stretching suitable for all fitness levels followed by technique. This class focuses on the basics of BJJ and will give you a great foundation before blue belt. White Belts and Green Belts only.

KIDS Ages 4-9

45 minute class suitable for White Belts and Grey Belts ages 4-9. We use play based learning to keep your young ones engaged. The class consists of a dynamic warmup, followed by technique, sparring and BJJ or Judo games.

KIDS Ages 10-14

60 Minute class led by a Black or Brown belt. This class consists of a 15 minute warmup and stretching suitable for all fitness levels followed by technique. This class focuses on the basics of BJJ and will give you a great foundation before blue belt. White Belts and Green Belts only.

Adaptive BJJ (ages 4-10) and (ages 10+)

This bi-monthly class is free of charge to all athletes with Down Syndrome and other neuro-atypical kids. This play based learning class consists of a dynamic warmup and stretching followed by BJJ movement games and technique

Women’s Class

This 45 minute class is led by Christina and is perfect for pre-teen, teenage and adult women. Christina focuses on techniques that work well against larger/stronger opponents. This class consists of a dynamic warmup, followed by technique and sparring.
